Guidelines for use

2. POSITION
For safe use, extend your arm and measure and measure downwards the length of your arm and attach handle here.
3. USE
For best posture practice, ensure your back is lengthened and not rounded.
If you are hunched over, adjust handle higher.
If you need more support, adjust handle lower.
